UPCOMING Online EVENTS

We are pleased to announce the launch of our online cooking classes! Starting in December we will be hosting weekly “Pasta Making 101 and Sugo” classes each Saturday. A fun way to learn some new cooking skills with a small, online group of participants from around the world. Dates, classes description and prices can be found here.

Beginning in January we are hosting two sourdough bread making sessions for those would like an in-depth tutorial to learn, from scratch, the art of sourdough bread making or to delve deeper into your sourdough practice for more seasoned bakers. Full details here.

More classes will be available in January including Ricotta Gnocchi, Olive Oil Desserts, Sweet and Savoury Taralli and an Italian Sunday Lunch series.

Private, hands-on online cooking classes are available upon request.
