upcoming online classes

We are pleased to offer a selection of online cooking classes! Our hands-on lessons are a fun way to learn some new cooking skills with a small, online group of participants from around the world. Dates, class descriptions and prices can be found here.

Semola Pasta and Sugo 101 is an introduction to making pasta by hand and and will be offered every Saturday starting at 1pm PST.

Ricotta Gnocchi classes, which include instruction on how to make fresh ricotta at home, are scheduled for every second Sunday running through January and February at 1 pm PST.

Our new Italian Sunday Lunch series is a bi-monthly three course menu class featuring tried and true recipes that are inspired by the seasons and the culinary traditions of Puglia. A great way to spend a few hours learning new dishes and creating a small feast to be served in your home to the people you love.

In January we are also hosting two sourdough bread making sessions for those would like an in-depth tutorial to learn, from scratch, the art of sourdough bread making or to delve deeper into your sourdough practice for more seasoned bakers. Full details here.

Olive Oil Desserts, and Sweet and Savoury Taralli will be offered starting in February.

Private, hands-on, online cooking lessons for any of the above listed classes are available upon request.
